I only want my AccountName account! Am I missing something? I'm accessing W7's share from a new 64-bit W10 Pro PC.

Go to control panel > Folder Options > View tab.
Scroll down to the bottom and
uncheck "Use Sharing Wizard (Recommended)."

Perfect and thanks, Paul! I don't understand why MS made all user accounts shareable
when only one account is set to shared. I see it existed in Vista too. I bet W10 is
like that too. :(
