Would it be helpful/useful to include a "Newsgroups: gnu.emacs.help"
header to email messages sent to this mailing list? (And for users of
the newsgroup to add a "Cc: help-gnu-emacs@gnu.org".)

This would require a proper setup for posting over a news and a mail
server at the same time, otherwise the header cannot be processed.
