Google Maps is the only thing that makes Apple devices useful for finding where you want to go!

I'm in Woodstock GA to go to the TN/GA game tomorrow. I wanted to check on the directions to Bubba-Q, a local BBQ joint, to go get take out for lunch. I had Apple Maps running so I asked SIRI for directions. She comes back with a "Which bar-b-que restaurant?" Bubba's was not even on the restaurant list. Switched to Google Maps and asked for that restaurant and in 1 second I had directions.

This is not the first time SIRI was not able to find it's way to a business.. Fr from it.

Just for fun I asked Google Maps to find "bakerMEDIA Vancouver". Bingo, the pin dropped right on top of Alan's condo building. Now that is an obscure businesss. Same request with Apple Maps and SIRI? "0 found". Useless piece of shit. Maybe Apple needs to switch its Maps location search service to Google.

I did not post your precise address even though I know it. Your company location is a matter of public record, and easily discoverable,

I tried twice to get Bubba's location via SIRI, same result, fail. Google? First time worked. For some reason SIRI is better with street addresses than business locations.

Your company name is well known. Google Maps is well known. Nothing was "exposed" you lying little paranoid shit. All of this is a matter of public records, nothing of it is confidential. Same here, easily found. Do you think you are under threat? Why? I feel very safe, even living in a much larger single family house in a neighborhood with no street lights.

Now, I posted my complete address. Will you post yours? If not, what are you afraid of? Why the paranoia? What can anyone look up about that address that could be embarrassing?

Hint, I think I know. How about I put the evidence in the post for you to examine?

I don't think I'm under threat.

I think it's the classless move of a little shit.

I think you do. Here is a small sample. All information is today, or was at the time, easily accessible from public sites including LinkedIn, Google Maps, Redfin, Condos.ca and the Vancouver City government.

I have your address from a registration record for bakerMedia.com. This tiny corner of the Internet is not exactly a social media site. You greatly inflate your importance. No surprise there.

We leave breadcrumbs of our life all over the place nowadays. I have your phone and fax numbers, 3 other URLs you registered, company URL, names of other people where you currently work, your education locations and years. All published by you. Do you think you are somehow entitled to not have anyone else see what you created????

You bought your condo in August 1994 for $136,500. It is not recorded as sold since. This was a month before you started bakerMEDIA, and right after you left BYTE. It has about 500 square feet.

Your condo building has 29 units, mostly on the second and third floors.

Description:

The building was developed in 1971. This mid-rise 4-story 29-unit Vancouver condo is in West Side's Kitsilano neighborhood. Monthly condo/coop fees cover heat, trash pickup, gardening, hot water and management. Amenities include garage spaces, coin laundry and an outdoor patio / garden on the 4th floor. It is highly rated for schools and walkability. In the neighborhood the owned/rented ratio is about 30/70%.

In circa 1975 your unit sold for $26,000 and in 1984 for $54,000. For 2022 I found 3 recorded comparable sales at or near your address. All were in the $450,000-$500,000 range. People REALLY want to live in Vancouver. At about $1,000 a square foot that's a WOW! No wonder 70% of the neighborhood is renters.

I also have the 2018, April 2022 and current property tax records and assessment details for your unit, all readily available from city records. I have also examined the current records for the other 28 units. Mind if I share that on CSMA?

<snipped personal information>

You really ARE the little shit I've called you out for being.

Let me be clear: post my personal information again and I will find a
way for there to be consequences for you.

You snipped something available in the thread's record above! How desperate are you? By snipping it you are indicating that I have the truth. But that is not all I know, I just wanted to see how you reacted to validate my findings. Thanks.

This posted information is public, and much of it you have already revealed yourself. For example, your LinkedIn profile has many clues about your past that can be linked to other public information to build an interesting story.

You are also apparently hiding other things that you do not want people to know. Thus, the paranoia. I know at one other item that is out there and available to anyone with a single URL, if revealed, would be very damaging to your image. Call me Liarboy one more time and it appears here. Alan, you are a living a lie! If only people knew!

I've been laying this trap for 4 or 5 years. Think on that a while.

You should read the Indiana statutes, Thomas Elam of Carmel, Indiana.

No, it is discoverable from public records. There’s a difference in privacy
expectations (& often law too) when the target isn’t a public figure.

Personal privacy isn’t paranoia, particularly these days when identity theft has
become so common. Case in point, despite my own precautions, I’m now
averaging one ‘stolen’ credit card per year. Hasn’t cost me anything more
than time so far, but it’s still a hassle…

That’s a clear blackmail attempt.

That’s a public admission that you are deliberately perpetuating blackmail.

Very disappointed in you, Tom.

Alan, I'm not hiding anything. You are free to try and look up my credit rating, property history, see my Facebook history, anything. I'm not asking for anything other than for YOU to stop intimidating ME with your Liarboy label.

Be honest with yourself. You have issues that are in plain sight. Go to your own LinkedIn job and education history. You state that you attended a 4-year Toronto public (in the U.S. sense) high school. No issues there other than the 1975-1980 shown spans 5 academic years, not 4. Then off to Waterloo U. where you attended for a year. No degree. You left there in 1981 and your first job shows up 11 years later working for Factor Forms. This appears to be a printing company in Niagra, Ontario.

If looking at just this record the first question is what did you do during that 11-year gap? Why is that information not on the site?

Leaving Factor Forms in 1994 you show a sales job with Byte Computers from 1994-1997. Since you moved to BC in 1994 this must have been the job that took you there. My first impression was that Byte had something to do with the magazine by that name, but that is very unlikely. More probable is that this was a computer/software retailer. You also started bakerMEDIA that same year. Connecting dots, you decided to go full time on your own, or BYTE folded, or you were fired, and in 1997 you left BYTE. Then, 4 years later, there is the job with Studio B. Interesting, working for an animation company. But that also lasted only 2 or 3 years, just like the prior 2 jobs shown.. Dry spell at bakerMEDIA? Just an interesting opportunity? Whatever....

From 2003 to 2018 you do not show any jobs other than bakerMEDIA. Then you went to work for Digital Financial in IT support and have been there for almost 5 years now. Change comes from pain or an interesting opportunity. Which is it?

You have dropped a clue or two right here in CSMA. Your racing appearances have become much less frequent since 2020. You have bragged about keeping up with other drivers who were running new and better tires than your 2-year-old tires. Why do you not have the same new/better tires as your competitors????

Your LinkedIn info has the same 2 recommendations that have been there for about 10 years. BUT just this year you completed 2 onshape CAD design courses. Just for fun, or a new career area??? What's CAD got to do with your current job or company? Again, interesting.

You do not want people asking difficult questions. But you have left the breadcrumbs in plain sight. If you want privacy stop posting your secrets in the public domain.

That is logically equivalent to me punching you in the face and claiming
it's alright because I'll let you punch me in return.

You started this long ago with unfounded claims that I am lying. I have the right to ask you to stop insulting me.

Still lurking?

Poorly said on my part. All I am asking is that he stop his unfounded personal insults. I'm not asking for anything of substance.

He has been lying for years by not telling the whole truth. Take the bragging claim that this year he was able to keep up with race drivers on better tires. Why is Alan running outdated and worn 2-year-old tires from 2020? Why is he not telling the whole truth? Because it would be embarrassing. I am a threat, and he wants me to just go away.

You definitely have the right to ask...

....but you chose to do something else entirely...

....proving that you are precisely the liar AND the little shit I think
you are.

What part of the truth did I omit, you little shit?

I ran on old tires because:

1. I had them from the year I'd missed due to the death of my brother.

2. I thought that they'd be sufficient to the task.
