Sadly, no. There was a small business that made excellent sausages but he
was unable to get the raw materials. iirc it was mad cow related the same
deal that affected a local bar famous for its brains and eggs.

Real headcheese and liverwurst is also a problem. City Market in Jamestown
ND used to have an excellent selection that they made themselves but the
health department put them through so many hoops they gave up.
