"The Raphael series still uses a chiplet design with two CCD-clusters
(each with 8 possible cores) in 5nm and an IO-die (including the
memory controller and the Radeon Graphics iGPU) in 6nm.

The R9 7950X is rated at a TDP of 170 Watt and proved to be rather
power-hungry in applications and games."

The GPU in my Zen3 (Vega7 so older than yours), the memory consumption is variable.

It changes, with the size of installed system RAM.

At 64GB of DDR4 on my Zen3, the iGPU uses 4GB static buffer.
Which can be used for frame buffer or textures.

When you install a smaller amount of system memory, the default
buffer is smaller. Like 4GB of system RAM might be 256MB buffer.
That sort of thing.

I saw this documented somewhere, but I can't find it now. It might
have been on the AMD site.

The iGPU is fine for system bringup and for emergencies. But if you
have any plans of gaming, well, I would not bother. It is perky enough.
Not like the old days. But there will inevitably be features you
want, that it does not have. I since got a cheap PCI Express video card
but it isn't exactly wonderful either. But it does allow me to turn off
the iGPU and get that memory back.

The Clear CMOS jumper/button always work with or without the monitor.
Just turn off your PC and unplug the power cord before doing it.

But then, you always need a monitor to use a motherboard for work. :)
