Can the self-proclaimed "REAL programmer" who "knows everything" provide
a solution in C without cadging it from the Internet?

Of course he can't. But it'll be funny watching him squirm and stammer
and lie and avoid it.

Pathetic excuses in 1,2,3...

No code? Say it ain't so!

FAIL

Ignoring the requirements of:
the online challenge = FAIL
the real life academic test problem = FAILING GRADE
the real life work task = FIRED

Well, at least Mom is forgiving, eh?

This is a pure logic problem. No code needed. This is the old "Mastermind"
game. It was called "Mathtermind" when done as computer game, using numbers
instead of colors. You start guessing the numbers (or colors, whatever). The
hints are as shown, some numbers correct but in wrong positions. Others are in
correct positions. Usually between 5 and 7 guesses would yield enough clues to
figure it out. There are 5 clues shown

We did not write programs to solve it. There are enough hints shown to figure
it out in your head.

0 4 2 is correct and obvious. Try again.
