I've added my NoCeM message creation scripts to php8 branch of rslight. Several people have asked for them, so they are now available. You can find them in the tools/nocem dir.

The script will read messages you wish to add to the NoCeM post and extract needed header info, then create the post. You may configure where to send this message (what group(s)).

php is required to run the script to create the messages, and of course gpg is require to sign
the messages.
