I know that every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 1pm PST the update is released. So I make a note and just schedule my time to do the update
and reboot.

You mean EST (well, EDT now). 10:00 AM PST (well, PDT now). ;) For me, I
just reboot after 10:00 AM PT when ready after I do my monthly back ups
(just in case).

When Win 10 came out I upgraded all the eligible pcs to that version.
Since then only one has survived and not been reverted back to Win 7.
I just got sick and tired of it sitting at 100$ for ages during updates
etc. etc. etc. No color schemes, can't tailor font size easily etc. etc.
