If someone wanted to run a disreputable site,
wouldn't they do a better job of disguising it ?

If I was running a private club, the instant you
entered my "domain", I'd pop up a login dialog
and then you'd have absolutely no idea what sort
of postings were on the site. You would also have
no idea, how to get an account there.

That's exactly what the webmaster at tekrider.net has done.

WHY he's done so is another matter entirely. In truth, though, it
appears that control of that domain has been stolen by 'Shadow', an act
which was confirmed, I believe, by Aardvark earlier this year.

I've explained, many times, that I'm simply a 'good guy' seeking out
those folk who may wish to harm others.

Can you, hand on heart, confirm that there is nothing untoward happening
on the x704 BBS site or on the ASC forums? I suspect not.
