I have a brother HL-L2300D laser printer and a Canon LiDE60 scanner,
both of which I like a lot. My guess is that they both work in Windows
11 with the current Windows 10 drivers, but I don't know for sure, and I
can't find out on their web sites. Does anyone here have any experience
with either of them under Windows 11?

Much like Vista and 7, there is very little difference between 10 and 11
so the drivers for one should easily work in the other. All of the
hardware I have worked flawlessly once the upgrade was made to the beta
of 11 (in fact, it works better now) so I would be very surprised if you
encountered any issues.

Thanks, that's what I expect, but I'd still like to get confirmation
from someone who has had the specific eperience.

I have a very old Samsung printer that Win11 did not initially have
drivers for but once I took the option for "older device" It downloaded
the drivers and installed with no problems.

It did however download a fairly large pack of drivers so it took a few
minutes for them to appear.

No, I won't. I'll know the answer to my question when I install Windows
11 shortly after October 5 when it's released. If I have to wait that
long, so be it, but I was hoping (hoping, not expecting) to get the
answer sooner, so I could budget for buying a new printer and/or scanner
if it appeared to be necessary.

right now. I have an OKIDATA c5150n 14 year old color laser and A
Canoscan LIDE200 which I wanted to try,

Thanks. If you get to try them, let me know the reasults. They're not
