- plain LuaTeX / LuaLaTeX compatibility (pdfextra.tex, pdfextra.sty)

- support for OpTeX v1.04 color

- support for accessing Renditions from JavaScript

- no longer requires OpTeX's `\hyperlinks` declaration (linking is active by
default, with blue color or fallback to black)
