libtiff.so.5.7.0 is in packages
aaa_libraries-15.0-x86_64-19
libtiff-4.3.0-x86_64-1

and /usr/lib64/libtiff.so.5 is a sym link to libtiff.so.5.7.0

Did you install all packages on Slackware 15 before
starting with current ?

Maybe current removed libtiff.so.5.7.0 due to an update ?

Note, current is for testing, so issues like this should
be expected :)

People using current these days, now that 15.0 is out,
should be able to work these issues and report bugs back
to the Slackware Team via

The list below shows the packages that contains "libtiff\.so\.5" file.

[ installed ] - aaa_libraries-15.0-x86_64-19
[ installed ] - libtiff-4.3.0-x86_64-1

however I can't find any reference to liblept at all
